YouthCare is pleased to announce that Becky Rusnak has been appointed as the organization’s next Executive Director. Becky will begin her role on August 3, 2026.
Becky brings senior operational and organizational leadership experience, including service on Plymouth Housing’s executive team as Vice President of Administration. Her background includes leading complex operations, enterprise transformation, and multi-site organizations across supportive housing, healthcare, technology, and logistics.
The Board selected Becky because she brings the leadership experience to build on the progress already underway at YouthCare. She is a collaborative leader with a strong track record of strengthening organizations, supporting people, and creating the conditions for teams to deliver meaningful impact.
YouthCare enters this next chapter with a stronger organizational foundation, clearer priorities, and renewed momentum. The Board believes Becky’s experience positions her to build on that progress while working alongside staff, young people, the Board of Directors, donors, and community partners to shape what comes next.
“Becky brings the leadership experience YouthCare needs for this next chapter,” said Tee Earls, President of YouthCare’s Board of Directors. “Her background leading complex organizations, strengthening operations, and supporting organizational growth will help us build on the strong foundation already in place. Just as importantly, she understands that investing in people and organizational effectiveness enables staff to deliver their best work on behalf of young people. We are excited to welcome Becky to YouthCare.”
“I’m honored to join YouthCare and inspired by the organization’s commitment to young people,” said Becky. “Throughout my career, I’ve believed that strong organizations create the conditions for people to do their best work and for communities to achieve greater impact. I look forward to listening and learning from young people, staff, Board members, and community partners, and to building on the strong foundation already in place. Together, we can continue expanding opportunities and improving outcomes for young people.”
The Board also extends its gratitude to Marty Hartman for her steady leadership during an important period of transition, helping strengthen the organization while keeping young people at the center of every decision. The Board is equally grateful to Alison Dean and Rob Stewart, whose leadership has provided stability, continuity, and momentum throughout this period. Alison and Rob will partner closely with Becky to support a thoughtful transition as she begins her role.
Please join us in welcoming Becky to the YouthCare community.
