Marty has provided steady leadership during an important period of transition, helping guide the organization while keeping the focus on the young people we serve. On June 30, she will conclude her service as Interim CEO and resume her work with the Schultz Family Foundation as planned.

We’re grateful for Marty’s partnership and pleased that she will continue to support select YouthCare initiatives, including the Constellation Center. We’re also excited that Alison Dean and Rob Stewart will continue leading the organization. Their deep expertise in housing access and homelessness services and their leadership in shaping the progress already underway provide important continuity as the Board begins the next phase of the search for YouthCare’s next leader.
