Last week, after a long pandemic pause, YouthCare’s all-agency meeting returned to an in-person gathering. Usually a regular tradition, staff had not gathered together in person for nearly three years, instead holding the agency-wide meeting virtually in consideration of Covid.

It felt great to all be together once again as updates were shared by CEO Degale Cooper, introductions of new staff members were made, and lunch was served. DEI Director, Randy Corradine, hosted group games that got staff mingling and speaking their thoughts, and the day was wrapped with an open mic that had staff sharing shout-outs and encouragements. We are excited to be able to all gather together again in person, and we can’t wait for the next meeting!
