Every day we meet youth with diverse backgrounds and complex experiences already in their lives, and we work to gain their trust and learn about their fears, hopes, and dreams. The unique strengths they bring and obstacles in their pathways help to define a customized plan to stabilize and then build the skills and confidence they need to take the next step forward in their lives. Every story is different; every definition of progress and success is personal.
