No statement contained in the catalog or made orally at the auction or elsewhere shall be deemed to be such a warranty, representation, or assumption of liability. The value listed is our estimate of fair market value. Items have not been appraised unless noted.
- A bid acknowledged by the live auctioneer is a legal contract to purchase the item. In the silent auction, designation of the bid number you have written by the silent auction official as the top bid, is a legal contract to purchase that silent auction item.
- Unless otherwise noted, all items and services must be used within one year of November 8, 2024. Reservations for trips and vacation accommodations must be mutually arranged with the donor unless otherwise noted. No refunds will be allowed on travel packages for canceled tickets or accommodations.
- Please remove all items tonight. Any unclaimed items will be returned to YouthCare c/o 13909 127th Ave SE, Snohomish and can be claimed there unless previous arrangements have been made.
- The purchaser assumes the responsibility to locate and remove purchases from the auction premises.
- We gladly accept payment by cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. Please make checks payable to YouthCare. Payment in full is mandatory the night of the auction unless other arrangements have been made.
- We are a 501(c)3 charitable organization, and your payments are tax deductible to the extent provided by the law. The amount you pay above fair market value estimate is normally deductible as a charitable contribution. Donor Advisory Funds may be used to pay for the amount considered a donation. Please consult your tax advisor for deductibility advice.
- Each person issued a bid number (bidder) assumes all risks and hazards related to the auction and items obtained at the auction. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability arising there from YouthCare, its elected officials, members, and employees, the auctioneer, the auction company and its agents and employees, the event organizers, sponsors, and/or volunteers connected with the auction.
- Auction staff reserves the right to add to or withdraw items from the auction without notice. Pursuant to IRS ruling 67-246, we wish to inform you that the value received from the dinner is $150 per person. A portion of your auction ticket price is considered a tax-deductible donation to YouthCare.
- Check with your company to see if they provide matching funds. Your receipt showing the paid over value amount should provide you with the information you need to request a match.
