On May 3, YouthCare dedicated a small but powerful space: a new courtyard for the Catalyst Program at Straley House. Thanks to the Master Builders Care Foundation, HomeAid Seattle, HomeAid America, Inc, and Touchdown for Homes (an association of retired NFL players), what had been a muddy patch of dirt and shrubs is now a beautiful and inviting outdoor space. In a house with 12 youth, space is precious; now, residents and staff can use this beautiful patio as a place to catch some alone time outdoors or have a house meeting.

We are grateful to these wonderful community partners for their enthusiasm, dedication, and excitement about this project, and hope they will continue to be involved with YouthCare.
