DESCRIPTION:YouthCare would like to invite you to our next virtual Lunch & Learn: Young People & the Fentanyl Crisis. \n\n\n\nAccording to the King County Medical Examiner\, the number of people in King County who died from a fentanyl overdose more than doubled in 2021. Sadly\, the County is on pace to break this record again in 2022. Please join us on September 13 from 12 – 12:45 for a conversation about youth and young adults and fentanyl with YouthCare partners and community experts\, Johnny Ohta\, Dr. Taryn Hansen\, and Abbie Woods\, facilitated by our Director of Public Policy\, Jessie Friedmann. This will be an opportunity to learn more about what they’re seeing and how as providers and community members we can better support young people. There will be an opportunity for Q&A at the end.
